Residential Home Inspections
We’ll inspect the structure, systems, and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. We compile our findings in a comprehensive and easy-to-read report showing what we inspected and alerting you to any safety hazards.
Four-Point Inspection
A Four-Point Inspection is typically performed for a homeowner when requested by their insurance company to obtain a new insurance policy or renewing an existing policy. This Four-Point Inspection is a limited, visual survey of the heating/air conditioning, roof, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Wind Mitigation
We look for construction features that have been shown to reduce losses in hurricanes, such as a hip roof, concrete block construction, the presence of gable end bracing, shutters and opening protections, the presence of roof to wall attachments such as toe nails, clips or hurricane straps, and the presence of a secondary water resistance barrier.
